Kate Beckinsale Dishes On Pete Davidson Romance In New Interview
After months of rumor and speculation, the Hollywood actress, Kate Beckinsale, has finally come out about her relationship with the Saturday Night Live alum, Pete Davidson, who lost his pop-star girlfriend, Ariana Grande, earlier this year.
The 45-year-old actress, who hails from Britain, said to reporters from the Los Angeles Times that she was shocked to see how much attention their romance was getting. Kate, who starred in The Widow, claimed she was “surprised by the interest,” and had never been in such a position before.
Despite the fact she finds the whole thing quite unsettling, Beckinsale said Davidson was worth all of the trouble. Beckinsale told reporters that she believes if she wasn’t into him, it would be easy to quickly back off of it, but that’s not the case in this instance.

Just last week, Kate deleted all of her posts on Instagram, and according to the Underworld star, she’d prefer if the paparazzi would not hang out around her house. “I’d rather not have people hiding outside my house, it’s a little old-fashioned.”
As most know, Kate and Pete were first seen together at the Netflix Golden Globes after-party in January of this year. It was approximately three months after the much-publicized split from fiancée, Ariana Grande. And just a month after that, the star was spotted hanging around Pete’s stand-up show in Los Angeles.
Moreover, Kate was photographed kissing Pete Davidson at a New York Rangers hockey game at Madison Square Garden. Recently, the comedian devoted air time to address the age-gap between Kate and Pete.
Pete said the public has a “crazy fascination” with their age difference, but they don’t care about it. He went on to list all of the people who have dated much younger women, like Leonardo DiCaprio, Alec Baldwin, Tommy Lee, Harrison Ford, Bruce Willis, Derek Jeter, Dane Cook, and Scott Disick among many others.

Clearly, the comparison between him and the other men was not meant to sound arrogant. Pete was merely making the point that it’s really not that big of a deal.
